Terms and Conditions
Age Ranges:
- Infant: 0 to 24 months (0-2 years)
- Preschool: 2 to 5 years
- School-age: 5 to 12 years
- Enrollment: Admission is open to children aged 0 to 12 years, subject to availability.
- Fees: Fees are due at the beginning of each service period. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
- Absences: No deductions in fees for days when a child is absent.
- Pick-up and Drop-off: Children must be picked up on time. Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.
- Health and Safety: Children must be up-to-date with vaccinations. Sick children should not attend for the safety of others.
- Behavior Policy: We promote a positive behavior policy and reserve the right to discontinue care for consistent problematic behavior.
- Meals and Snacks: We provide nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks throughout the day.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
- Changes in Policy: Policies are subject to change with [specify notice period] notice.
- Holiday Closures: Hugorillas Child Care Center will be closed on the following holidays:
- Christmas Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Vacation Policy: Parents are encouraged to notify us in advance of any planned vacations or absences.
- Illness Policy: Children should stay home if they exhibit symptoms of illness such as fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions.
- Confidentiality Policy: All personal information and records will be kept confidential and only shared with authorized personnel as required.
- Security: Our facility is equipped with security cameras for the safety and security of the children and staff. Parents must sign a consent form for the use of security cameras.
